Tamper evidence in two parts means that the tamper evidence ring is manufactured separately from the cap. Subsequently both parts are assembled to a system.

By the separated production of the two components it is possible to influence the function relevant characteristics of both parts individually. The OVIII ring, depending on the model, has either lamellae or a holding lip which slips under the transfer ring of the bottle and holds the ring during the opening. This design covers a wide range of tolerances of the bottles in use, thereby optimizing the function of the tamper evidence.

Additionally the separated molding of the two parts allows us to operate with two different materials and/or colors for cap and ring. Thereby you have another choice for the design of your packaging.

The connections between the cap and the ring breaks during the first opening, the ring is separated from the cap and remains at the transfer ring of the bottle.
