The combination of child resistance and tamper evidence unifies two of the most important and sensible functions of a primary packing device. We offer you this solution as a one part variety for GL18 closures or in two parts for PPS28 threads.
Our closures in combination with moulded glass and tubular glass bottles are ISO 8317 certified by the independent Institut Verpackungs Marktforschung ivm. The use of our closure systems therefore may save you from incurring your own certification related expenses. The safety function is based on the knowledge that children in the relevant age group from 42 to 51 months are not sufficiently capable of simultaneously executing two coordinated movements such "pressing" and "turning".
To unlock child protection closure and release the unscrewing movement, the cap has to be depressed axially during the turning movement. This causes the locking cams of the cap and the lower section to engage with each other, thereby unlocking the child resistant closure. |
Beside the child resistance our closures are designed for easy opening by older people.
Additionally different colors may be used for the cap and the tamper evident ring.
Like with all product groups your individual wishes and suggestions are most welcome. In close co-operation with you we develop solutions which are designed to cover your needs.
